Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, you must provide a proof of purchase and your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If a physical item has been damaged in transit to you, you must take a photo of the damaged goods and send this photo to us. You must also describe how the goods were delivered to your premises. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Digital goods such as audio books or ebooks are non-returnable.

- Some physical products (shirts, hats or other merchandise) that void refund if used or worn

Once your refund request is received and checked we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your refund request. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 calendar days.
Timing of refunds
Refunds will be processed through the credit card you purchased with. If this is delayed, please contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially processed by them.
To exchange your product, we will provide you with a physical address to mail this to.
You are responsible for shipping the item to us. For approved exchanges, we will return ship your replaced item.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
